umm...

I finally got around to updating my resume. I also updated my portfolio with some more recent professional design work.

Jenny and I also finally got rid of our xmas tree today. So sad... I'm glad to reclaim the living space, though.

grocery listThis past weekend I made a grocery list holder. I modeled it after one that my father has, which works with calculator paper. It still needs paint, but I think I'll wait until the paint won't freeze when it leaves the spray can. It's freakin' freezing outside, Mr. Bigglesworth.

Joerg sent me this link.

It's amusing yet strange, and somewhat intellectual. Sorta like Joerg. ;-)

apropos

"Ya know I used to wonder about these people who'd be like hangin' out like on a Tuesday afternoon, looking like they got nuthin' to do and nowhere to go, and being like 'what's their deal?'. Now I'm one of those people people wonder about." - Odd Todd

Links and New Stuff

I added some holiday photos from my apartment and from my mother's house in Georgia to my photogallery.

Some interesting links for the day:

  • Useless facts
  • Internet Speedometer - See how fast your connection is. I just got up to about 2.5Mbps on roadrunner during peak time. Not bad.
  • What's in a name?
  • Googlisms will tell you what google thinks of you. Actually it searches the web for opinions on anything. Brand names and celebrity names seem to work best.

New Script

I made a little script to spell out words in the phonetic alphabet, like a cop or a soldier might. I put it in the code section of the site. Click here to try it out.

That's all for now,

Saw Catch Me If You Can. (It's that movie with Leo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks.) I thought it was good. Very entertaining. I give it an A.
